Where do I set the limitation, so that the strategy will not work if the hourly delta of the coins exceeds 10%?

These conditions can be set in the Filters tab of the strategy settings, using the following parameters:
Delta2_Type=1h (Additional hourly delta selection)
Delta2_Min=0 (Value of additional delta, not less than %).
Delta2_Max=10 (Value of additional delta in %).
