Reports Window
Additional Reports Settings Area
Below the table data, on the right, a summary report will be displayed based on the selected date and filter settings. The summary values in the report will include the following data:
-
Data from: the report start date, beginning from the first day of the selected range
-
Orders: the number of orders in the selected report
-
Avg.Order: the average order size in the trading pair’s currency, displayed both with and without leverage
-
Vol: the total order volume in USD across all coins (sum of the Spent USDT column from all closed trades)
-
Total: the final profit or loss amount, as well as the total percentage of profit or loss relative to the average order size.
If a specific trade is selected in the report, the coin name will be highlighted in the bottom left information area. Clicking on this coin name will immediately open its chart in the main Moonbot terminal window. For the spot terminal, only the coin name will be displayed. For the futures terminal, the Long or Short position direction will be indicated next to the coin name.
“Important” Checkbox
At the bottom left, there is an Important checkbox. If you click on a trade that is important to you in the report and check the Important box, you will prevent the Moonbot terminal from deleting the chart of this trade after the set time limit (by default, 7 days, as specified in Settings → Advanced).
Additionally, orders with this Important mark can be quickly filtered in the report by entering "impo" (short for "important") into the filter field.
To Strategy BL
The To Strategy BL button is used to add a coin to the strategy blacklist. For example, if you notice negative trades for a particular coin within a specific strategy, this button allows you to quickly add it to the blacklist of that strategy (Strategies button→ Filters tab→ CoinsBlackList parameter).
To Global BL
The To Global BL button is used to add a coin to the global blacklist. For example, if you see negative trades for a particular coin in the report, this button allows you to quickly add it to the global blacklist in the Moonbot terminal, preventing all strategies from trading this coin (Settings → Main → Black List field).
“Load all” button
If the Moonbot terminal is running on a dedicated server (VDS), a Load All button may appear to the left of the Manage Data button.
Explanation of this functionality:
-
In VDS mode, the Moonbot terminal loads into memory and operates with a limited report (up to 20,000 rows)
-
On the first launch, Moonbot decodes the report in VDS mode
-
To view the entire report in VDS mode, you must click the Load All button
-
In full report mode, Moonbot does not load data into memory but processes it directly from the disk. Data updates occur only when clicking the Refresh button
-
After working with the full report, click Unload to return to step 2.
Manage data
The Manage data button opens an additional window with parameters and checkboxes that control the manual cleanup of reports. Removing old records from the report reduces Moonbot's memory usage, which is especially important for terminals running on dedicated servers.
Using the Delete trades older than XX months setting, you can select a period for deleting trades (from 2 to 24 months), set a profit threshold using the And profit less than XX $ parameter (from $1 to $100), and choose which trades to delete — real or emulated, active or inactive. After configuring these settings, click the Delete button to remove the selected trades.
Before deleting trades, you can click on the Backup button to save a copy of the report on your computer before erasing the data from the Reports Table.
Below, an information panel displays detailed trade data, including:
-
Strategy name and main parameter values
-
CPU load
-
System load
-
API limits
-
PriceLag percentage
-
Latency
-
Ping and other metrics.
It is also possible to manually delete a specific row from the report. To do this, select the row and click Delete.
To view a report with deleted trades, use the All incl. deleted option to display all orders, including those that were previously removed.
This reports table can be accessed at any time for analyzing trading results. Additionally, data can be exported to Excel for further analysis and adjustments to strategy parameters. The report can also be placed next to the main terminal window by applying a filter to show only active orders and keeping only the most essential columns, such as buy date, order amount, and profit. This allows for real-time monitoring of open orders. Data can also be sorted by coin name or profit. To quickly open a chart for a specific coin, simply click its blue-highlighted name.
